Yes, they're Chinese but seem to be of a much higher quality than most Chinese scopes. I ordered a 3~10X Zhumell scope ($65.98) a couple of months ago and was sent the 3.5~12X instead. I've been impressed with it and now that they're on clearance, I've ordered another.
Optically, they are clear and very sharp across the field. The crosshairs are of the duplex type with very fine center hairs. The side focus works well although the marked ranges are not real accurate.
