Walked into LGS and spotted what I thought was a Win. 69a. It was a BSA Supersport Five. It followed me home. Very nice adult 22 lr target rifle. Bore is smooth, looks hand lapped. Trigger is better than I can get my 69a. The nice looking cheek piece is a plus. The lack of a magazine is the only drawback. Seems that England had a ban on magazines at one time. Don't know about that. Maybe someone out there can tell me. Going to the range tomorrow. Will give a report,

BSA Supersport 5 / Century magazines are like hen's teeth these days. If you find a source, please let me know. The latch on the back of the magazine is the tricky bit. I have heard of people modifying Remington mags, but haven't tried it. Here's a picture so you know what you're looking for:
