Another vote for Texas, but if I had to move, New Mexico or Arizona.

 

Texas, New Mexico, or Arizona. Flagstaff is a nice place - expensive, though.

I figure Arkansas doesn't count, but I'd stay here rather than move to any of the aforementioned states.

 

AZ keeps singing a siren call for me... but I'm a diver, and unless I can find a job that pays me well enough to take a couple weeks off in the Caribbean every year, then I'll probably stay in CA.

It's not part of the Southwest, but OR has some appeal to me; just would have to find out where the good diving is vs. job availability, etc.

The CA of my youth was great; too bad there's no way to turn back the clock!

 

Ca is the beautiful and has the best weather fir the most part. Beautiful State as I said but I would not go back there now. Lived there in the late 80s.

Only way I would go back, is if all the people would leave,LOL

 

California. Yeah, that's it. California. All you other people should move to California If we play our cards right, the other SW states won't have to lament about that turning back the clock thing

Got enough folks here already from "other states" who want to make The Grand Republic into a clone of wherever they came from. All are welcome, but you should adapt to the local customs, traditions and sense of personal responsibility.

I'm 4th generation Arizonan and we have great gun laws. I just hope the people who have ruined other states stay away from this great state.

 

I think Arizona or New Mexico would be neat. I think an area with Hispanic culture would be great.

 

Soon to be in Mo. and you wont have to move.

Get ready for flying the Mexican flag, the US flag upside down, ballots in Spanish and who knows what else??

Which State

We live in Massachusetts ( yes, I know). I do have a high cap LTC

My mother-in-law lives in NM. I would like to live in AZ, my wife has family all over the South West.

 

No question: Arizona. My family also goes back 4 gens there... still have much of the family in Tucson and Phoenix.

Live in Pa... If I could move at this moment, it would be to Maine...

 

I would also move to either texas or arizona. Wide open spaces is what I crave, not pine tree infested carolina

i'll just stay right here, where the no. 1 rifle team in the usa is. at least you guys

An old timer told me there was only two ways to become a Texan, you're either born one or you can be buried one.

I was conceived in Gonzales, TX and they won't let me claim that either..

But I'd still pick Western Texas, over the Eastern part...

 

I was born it Texas, lived in Georgia, Maryland, MO and Colorado. But I like it here in MONTANA! There's a gun in every pickup truck, and a girl that knows how to use it. Maybe that's not a good thing?

 

I lived in Houston for a couple of years during the 1970's and loved it.

Would move back to Texas. Great place and people.

 

I could happily live in Arizonal, New Mexico, Utah, Southern Colorado or places in Nevada. In fact if I could live my hermit like existence even the CA deserts would be fine.

I love high desert. To my eyes that is the most beautiful terrain on Earth. No matter the state if it is high desert it feels like home to me.
