What case are you using for you Henry Golden Boy (Youth)?

This has actually been bothering me for years. I have a Browning BL-22 that is around 36". Just about every gun case out there is either a 32" youth or a 42"+ rifle case. So, my poor Browning swims in the case it's in right now. I don't like it.

I just got my boy a Golden Boy Youth (H004Y). It's 33-34" long. Henry has a youth sized gun case, but it only fits the smallest single-shot minibolt. Yes, I asked and was told it will not fit the youth lever guns.

The only cases out there between 32-42 are all tactical cases.

It seems like my options are either to get a full-size rilfe case and have the thing sliding and swimming around. Or, get a tactical rifle case. The latter is the better option, I think, but it seems sort of backwards to put a sort of Cowboy-ish rifle in a tactical case.

Am I missing any solutions out there? Thanks.

http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/ItemDetail.aspx?sku=CASE-020

Manufacturer: Leapers UTG PVC-KIS38B2
Item: CASE-020

Covert weapons case 38x11x1.5" main pocket, generous 10x11" accessory pocket with hook & loop fasteners to close, secondary 15x8" zippered pocket, adjustable shoulder strap, double "D" ring lockable and wrap around handle, imported. $19.95

It's a nice case. What I got for my son's Rem 597.

Not sure about the Leaper's case. Looks like a tactical case to me. Tactical cases are nice, but I just don't like the match between tactical case and cowboy lever rifle. I like a more traditional case for the lever action.

The soft armor looks decent. If the NCStar doesn't work, maybe I'll look that one up:

That's the same problem I had. I was given a full sized hard side rifle case when I got my first .22. It was HUGE, and it always drove me nuts... until I got another .22. And then a Mauser. Now, it's a tight squeeze to fit the Mauser, Henry, and a tiny breakdown .22 in there! Think of it as an excuse to get another Henry to fill up that oversized case. :D
