I like and use the Clark barrel on my Model 41.

The Clark barrels start out as a barrel blank from a well know barrel maker. The blank is huge and is machined down to include the barrel and rail as one piece. They make several versions, both with and without an extended rail, but all with a integral machined in optics rail. You can choose between a 6.5 and 5.5 inch barrel length. My 5.5 inch Clark barrel is every bit as accurate as the S&W barrel the gun came with new. The design also updates the look of the Model 41, if that is important to you.

I've never seen as many for sale as I do right now. I waited about a year and a half to buy a 5-1/2 inch when I got one vented a few years ago.
