Wow! I have two, both with 2 screws.

Is that a wrap around?

I’m wondering it they don’t lock in at the bottom with a tab? Can you gently pry up at the top, rather than front or back?

 

I didn't think of wrap around. I've tried prying every way but back. I'll try that when I get home in about an hour. Thanks for the quick reply.

Looks like Tandemkross Super Grips, which are grip tape over the OEM S&W grips. Since they cover the lower grip panel screw, you will have to peel the grip tape off first. Either that or just poke a hex wrench through the grip tape itself and loosen the grip screw underneath.

If you look closely, about 1" up from bottom of grip, you can see a slotted screw head.

 

The SW22 Victory has hex grip screws.

 

Thanks so much! I bought this used and didn't know about the Tandemkross grip tape. Looked it up and wish they still sold it. Now that I can get in, lol, I can install the Tandemkross trigger and modify the safety so I don't engage it when shooting. I'm left handed, and sometimes engage it when shooting. It's very annoying when it happens during a match. Thanks again.

Check out LOK grips. They have a raised area around the lever that prevents inadvertently engaging the safety. They are comfortable and grippy also.
