S&W SW22 Victory grip removal w/ one screw

Greetings all. I'm trying to remove the grips on my victory to work on the saftey and trigger. I have the Gun-Guide for it, and have watched many videos. The problem is- every thing I've seen shows two grip screw holding each half. Mine only has one screw at the top of the grip and no bottom screw like I see on every other. They are factory grips. I've tried a few different things to get them off, but don't want to break anything. So, anyone have the same problem? Any ideas?

Thanks so much! I bought this used and didn't know about the Tandemkross grip tape. Looked it up and wish they still sold it. Now that I can get in, lol, I can install the Tandemkross trigger and modify the safety so I don't engage it when shooting. I'm left handed, and sometimes engage it when shooting. It's very annoying when it happens during a match. Thanks again.
