Ruger Old Army .50 Caliber

I finally found one of my grail guns: a Ruger Old Army customized by David Clements. He built a larger 5 shot cylinder in .50 caliber, installed a 6 1/2” octagon barrel and put a Super Blackhawk grip frame on it. It had some ugly grips so I sent the grip frame to Chig’s Grips to be fitted with some exhibition Desert Ironwood. It is riding in a Barranti Longhorn Companion holster

Talked to Bobby Tyler and as soon as the grip frame gets back on Friday I am sending it to him to be engraved
