Ruger 16.1" stainless fluted.
Kind of a matte finish. Flute cuts are black.
Impeccably finished.
Just got it Wednesday and only one range trip. Functioning great. No groups to post because I got stuck at the 25 yd and those don't count.
Really liking it so far, might order another one.

Thanks for the Midway link, big difference in price! I'd like to know what you consider "decent groups"? Really tempted by this but notice the two 5 star ratings and then unfortunately the one 1 star disappointment. I don't expect hole in hole but I'd hate to get a bad one like that one rating. I doubt they'd take it back. I have two Kidde ULW barrels on different 10/22s and of course they're outstanding. Probably spoiled, lol.
Decent groups, to me, is ragged holes. If every shot touches, it’s good enough to hunt with. I’m not looking for one tiny hole, or .29” groups at 50 yards, measured on an app. I just want every bullet to hit where I’m aiming, and that’s generally a critter, so under 1” off my elbows, braced on the truck bed, no mechanical screw adjusted rest, at 50 is decent.

So now I have three range trips on the barrel.
First time out decent groups.
Second trip not as good. Tore it down for inspection and found two potential problems. One the threaded muzzle protector had worked its way loose. Like seriously wobbly. Second I found the the stock screw was a hair long and riding on the barrel. Shortened it a bit.
Todays results much better.

Shot:

At the 50 yds. Mild breeze. Felt like 149° with swarms of bugs biting me.
Concrete bench. Caldwell mini rock w rear bag.
Nikon Rimfire 2-7.
This is a Black Rain BRO-22 assembly with all stock Ruger parts except the bolt release.

CCI Stingers. Not great. Kind of wanted those to work out. One massive fail to feed.
Aguila Competition Target. Nothing to wright home about.
Eley pistol bullseye X. Horrible. But these aren't shooting well in anything else. Glad I only bought three bricks
Cheapest blue box Federal from Walmart. Not bad. Minute of Armadillo forehead for sure.
CCI Blazer. Very good. Excellent considering the price.
Norma Match. Decent. Groups tightened up as I went along.
SK Pistol match. Getting better.
SK Standard. Better yet some nice clumpy five shot groups touching.
RWS R50. Oh boy. Excellent tiny groups all holes touching. Get what you pay for.

Overall pleased with the outcome.
