Where are they made?

 

They are owned by leupold some are made in the Philippines and from what I can tell some models are made in the USA ! In Oregon I think

 

Not anymore. Leupold sold the Redfield name to Academy Sports back in 2021. Leupold will only service the Redfield scopes that were produced by them. Not sure who produces them for Academy.

Ok everything I have read says that leupold is still the manufacturer I knew they were academy’s scope good info though I know they are very clear all of the reviews I have read have been very good ! As far as tracking etc

I stopped by Academy today and looked at the Reveal line of scopes. They look well made and appear clear from what you can tell from inside the store.
They are also made in China, Leupold no longer has anything to do with them.

They must have not updated all their stuff yet ! They are bright and clear they have good reviews on tracking from what I’ve read !

 

They do look nice. Also the fellow behind the counter said if there is ever a problem with it just return it to the store and they will give you a new one.

 

Yeah that’s what they told me when I bought the 4x12x40 for a 30/30 that my wife’s uncle gave me that was his dads ! And I really like it I’m thinking about buying the Reveal it’s about the brightest and clear picture in the $500 range that I’ve seen !

 

That Redfield looks just like the Monstrum.

Monstrum just sent out a sales message and this scope is 20% off this week. I have 2 Monstrum scopes that are well worth the money I paid for them. They have a lifetime warranty.

 

If they are in fact the same scope it is $300 cheaper ! That’s a big price difference !

I too have bought a Monstrum and have been pleasantly surprised with it so far.
Their rings are not bad either, I've paid more for other rings and got a lot less!

I use Monstrum rings and have never had an issue with them ! Yeah the Reveal has the 34mm tube I wonder how much if any more elevation adjustment would be in the 34mm over the 30mm there would be ?
