Recommendations on a hitch mounted deer hoist

After having several back surgeries It's gotten more difficult for me to get a deer into the back of My truck. I was considering getting a hitch mounted deer hoist to load and or butcher a deer. Would like one that allows the tailgate to be open. Anyone with suggestions or recommendations?

I will say this. When you are buying. Here’s the question to ask. Tailgate size (length) and where hitch is located will drive how long the hoist has to extend. Also note side by side vehicles. Good chance lot of them their hitch is further under vehicle vs pick up truck.
If of mine just bought one. He had to modify because it would not extend out far enough when inserted into hitch with tail gst down (deer won’t clear let down tail gate).
I have a hoist. Can’t remember where I bought it. It works.

Amazon shows several that use rope/pullies or hydraulics.
Here is just one that rotates over a down tailgate $160,
