First look at the new M4-22 Upper Conversion Kit's!

These are well made and just like an M4-22 Elite upper. It comes with an aluminum handguard.
You will notice that the magazine is milled to fit a standard AR15 lower receiver. Also comes with a buffer spring. The instructions that come with it are good, has some troubleshooting but I have not heard of issues during testing.

Would be great to know a few things on these conversion kits, when someone gets a chance to try one:

  • How are they working with existing lowers/triggers in terms of overall reliability, and compatibility? Any issues?
  • How is the accuracy of one of these, compared to say a similar dedicated M4-22 elite rifle? Wondering if fit between conversion upper > milspec lower has any impact.
  • Magazines. For those of us who invested in M4-22 original mags (I have a dozen), would there be a way to convert the mags or buy a mag conversion kit so we don't have to buy a whole new set of mags? This would be a deal killer, for me.

I have two and both are reasonably good, meaning ~ 0.6-7" at 50 yrds with CCI standard velocity.
