I had ordered both a 22mag express that came with the Monte Carlo stock and a .22 H001 which I had planned on purchasing the Monte Carlo stock for as I am going to mount an optic on it.

I called Henry to order the Monte Carlo stock and their rep had me hold while he got the part number and price for the stock.
He then placed me on hold again and told me he was having an issue with getting the CC screen up.

A couple of minutes later he came back on the line and informed me it was my lucky day and the system for the CC was down so Henry was going to ship me the Monte Carlo stock at no charge!

I know people always give bad feedback when they have a problem of some type when dealing with a company but this is another one of those that Henry's customer service goes up and beyond anything a customer could expect!

I have received the stock and yes I will be buying more products from Henry in the future.

Possibly either a .357 or .44 mag side gate lever gun may be in the future and honestly because they went out of their way when the guy could have said I would need to call back later to order the stock.

So again just wanted to share how awesome Henry customer service was in my dealing with them.

A few years back when I bought my first Henry a H001 It had cosmetic blemish on the receiver cover I didn’t notice when inspecting the rifle at retailer. I called Henry customer service and was on hold just for a brief moment. The guy who answered the phone was none other than the then company President Anthony Imperato.

When I told him my issue he said give me your mailing address and a new receiver cover will be mailed out to me free of charge immediately. We talked for at least 5 minutes on different firearm related issues. We had a great conservation. He was very personable and in no hurry to get me off the phone.

I received the receiver cover in 3 days. I considered it stellar customer service.

Years back I was viewing the Henry web site and there it was, 22 mag, lever action, octagon barrel. It had the fanciest wood I had ever seen on a 22. Well, there was a button on the page that stated "press here for questions". So my question was how could I purchase a rifle with as fancy wood as the one on there site. Next morning I received an email from Anthony attached were so forms to fill out and take to my local dealer. I inquired as to an upcharge for the wood. Was told there was none and Anthony would personally select the wood. He didn’t let me down, absolutely gorgeous! I met him at the following NRA Convention. Super guy!

I set up a Henry Frontier for small bore silhouette with a Marbles tang sight and Lyman 17A front. Great sights but I’ve got a short neck and had trouble getting close enough to the rear sight with the original adult sized stock.

I called Henry Customer Support to find out if the youth stock would fit on the frontier action. Had a nice conversation with the woman who answered the phone. She checked and verified that it would fit. So I placed an order for one on the spot. Had my new stock the within the week. Now the rifle fits.

What I really appreciate was that she was comfortable discussing a mod to one of their products. I’ve run into other firearm companies where customer service would only talk about parts for products in the original configuration. Nice to run across a company with a broader sense of customer satisfaction.

Besides, I really like their products. Keeping an eye out for a Mare’s Leg in .22 magnum or maybe a pump rimfire.
