I like the lower version, easier for me to draw from.

 

I have the lower version and like the position of the holster. The holster itself is kind of a miss for me. It’s a bit flimsy and I have a hard time reholstering the pistol.
One of these days I’ll have someone make me a good leather holster. These pistols deserve a good holster.

Edited to say, it’s not a bad holster, just not for me.

I agree with you, there is surprisingly few options for these amazing pistols. I also do not LOVE the holster, but it gets the job done. Would really loke to see more options available.

 

I'm seriously thinking about buying a Mamba. I won't need a holster for the range but I would like a nice leather one that sets a little high.
I would carry it at the dear lease.

You should, they are great pistols. I started with a Black Mamba, but then got a Mamba X which really like and sold the Black Mamba. I don't use irons much any more and like the direct mount red dot option. It was my favorite pistol until I recently got a custom build CWA.
