There is the Coulumbus Sportsmans Association. I belong to it and can recommend the grounds, facilities, and the people. In rural Lodi, there is the Winnequah gun club. Both are about a 1/2 hour drive from the East side of Madison.

What are the facilities there like? I was looking at the columbus one and one up in portage. Do they have any facilities for pistol? Any additional info would be appreciated.

Ended up joining the Columbus range, was there last night for the safety orientation.

Glad I could be of service. You made a good decision. If you are into 1,000 yard shooting, Winnequah has one of the few ranges in this area of WI with that facility.
