Has anyone installed one of these? If so, did you have any problems with extraction? On their site, it states Extraction of unfired ammo is not guaranteed with this chamber.

Match chambers are not only tight but short. That means the rifling leads engage the bullet so there is no jump on ignition like on a non match chamber. Once that happens the bullet is literally screwed into the bore and so pulling it out with a spring loaded extrac is gonna be difficult .
Once fired the extraction is unimpeeded.

Yes, as you said, unfired rounds. I have a Lilja barrel on a Sako Quad and would highly recommend one!

I have a 26" Lilja on my 457. About 1000 rounds through it. Never had it not extract a fired round.
Never had the situation to extract an unfired round, so no experience there.
I do keep a 4" brass screwdriver at the ready in case a round needs to be pried out of the chamber. Have never needed to use it to date.

I have 2 Lilja barrels in my CZ's at 22in and 26in ( Just got it last week) both are .900. When you install these barrel you NEED to head space them cause every action is different. On the 22in barrel I had to use .008 barrel shims to get the .043 head space I was looking for, on the 26in it was .005 to get the .043. The 22in barrel shoots Lapua Center X the best and SK Match and Eley match ok but hates any RWS. The 26in shoots Lapua, RWS , Eley and SK very good. As with most 22lr the more the ammo cost the better it shots with Midas+ and TENEX shooting the best. I can eject live Lapua and SK but neither barrel will eject live RWS or Eley.
There are some good YouTube video's on how to headspace a Lilja barrel.

I'm no expert at this, but I'm learning. I recently installed a Lilja 26x1in drop-in on my CZ 457 MTR Varmint and set the head space to .043 as suggested by most sources as a standard. In the process of testing different ammo. SK Match Target Rifle (made by Lapua), Wolf Match Extra (made by Eley) and Norma Tac-22 (made by RWS) loaded and ejected fine, though the TAC-22 was all over the place - POA. Tried Norma Match and it shot tighter groups than the SK and Wolf, but rim thickness on the second box was bigger and I had a hard time ejecting - 5 or 6 empty rounds did not eject and I had to use a knife to dig the casings out. Seems that if I wanted to shoot Norma Match as a cheaper alternative to higher quality/expense ammo, I'd have to re-shim to .045 or so. Not keen on that. Next I have a brick of Eley Match to try. Can't find Lapua Center-X anywhere. The process is ardous and a bit expensive, but I'm sure I can find one or two ammos that meet my objetctives: consistent sub-moa at 100, and consistent hits on a 5 in. steel at 300. Suggestions welcomed.

I found the same with Tac-22, but didn’t try the Norma Match. I may need to give that a try.
I run Lapua Center-X and it was beat out by SK LR surpisingly! I have yet to find another lot of LR that shot as consistent as the last batch. Wish I’d have bought a heck of a lot more of that lot by by the time I tested it, it was all gone from the supplier I bought if from.
