That would be CCI Standard Velocity (not pressure).

I had reloading on my mind right then... But wouldn't both apply since pressure correlates to velocity? 😁

Hmmm, that looks familiar... had something like that long time ago. Winchester Super-X Super Silhouette, 42 grs lead truncated cone bullet?

I had them in those silver colored 50 rds. cardboard bulk boxes. The distinctive bullet shape stayed in my mind. Brass color and case cannelure are typical for Winchester.

Oh, now I remember to have seen a .22 box saying 450 m/s recently, somewhere at wardscollectibles, but couldn't remember which country exactly. But there, you couldn't see the cartridges.

Found it there instantly in the USSR pdf now.

So, your last three couldn't be solved, maybe a bit too rare and "exotic"... . But nonetheless, all of them very interesting!
