K22 Target Masterpiece- is there a Lewis Lead Remover for our .22lr revolvers?

Hello all,

Is there a product that works like the Lewis Lead Remover system, but is designed for our .22lr revolvers? I have the Lewis system for my .38, .44, and .45 barreled revolvers, but Brownells doesn't have anything for .22lr versions.

Any thoughts on best products to clean the forcing cone on .22lr revolvers, if we can't use the Lewis system?

I flattened the end of a spent .22WMR case and use it as a scraper when the lead builds up around the cone of my 617. Finish by polishing with patches cut from one of those lead removal rags (for stainless only). Not the easiest but it works, I try to not let it build up too much.

Boy, I have! What took it right out for me was a genuine USGI M16 bore brush. I keep one in my shooting bag to scrub out the chambers of .22 revolvers ever 50 rounds to so (and a small toothbrush to scrub under the extractor) to keep everything nice and smooth and spinny. ;)
