Izh-1 pistol - a manufacture year letter code

I'd like to ask if it is possible to assess the manufacture year of the Soviet free pistol Izh-1 (Иж-1 ) which is marked with the letter "A" after serial number instead of manufacture year?
The pistol was exported to Germany - the barrel is marked "Raznoexport Moskau" - also a recoil compensator was added in Germany.
I wonder if export version of the pistol was marked with a letter code instead of manufacture year? What year would be the letter "A"? It does not corrrespond with the Soviet manufacture letter codes - for ammo or for weapons - those were used in late 40s, early to mid 50s and usually started with letter V [ "B" ]. Izh-1 was designed in 1959 - production ended in 1967.
Unfortunately the pistol is offered for sale without factory set of accesories and without original documents.

Usually there is a full manufacture year stamped on Izh-1

Is it possible to find somewhere an electronic version of the owner's manual and instruction of the pistol МЦ-2-3? English version or Russian - doesn't matter - I can read both.
That pistol would be my second choice option after Izh-1.
I even found a sale offer of МЦ-2-3, but also without original documents, manual and accessories.
That pistol was manufactured in 1965.
