Help! Can't find a Menck chamber swage

I need to buy a chamber swage to repair dry fire damage to a rifle that I want to give my 9 year old son as a gift. I told him if he saved up to buy a good scope for the rifle, that I would give it to him as his first firearm. However, I brought it out to the range last night to make sure everything was working as it should and discovered the extraction problem due to a peened chamber from years of accidental dry fires when I didn't realize I had fired the last round in my magazine. Both Brownells and Midway are out of stock and say the item is discontinued. Anyone have one they would sell or know where I could buy one?
Thanks,
Nate

:t:t Works great to flare out the nasty sharp edge, then use the flat end to flatten
out the raised edge as best you can. Then polish the edge with a tapered bullet fine grain point Cratex abrasive point in a Dremel if available.

Most importantly, find out why the firing pin is hitting the chamber edge in the 1st place, and correct it. Gobs of info on RFC about what to do about that. Search is your friend.

Thats a shame. That was a great tool. One of the old gunshops around me had one and would let good customers use it. Closed now. I've used a tapered center punch on a couple old bolt action .22s to push the dented metal back in. Guns are fine now. Find one that just lets the taper in 1/4" or so you don't want to be into the throat. I lubed it and pushed and rotated the punch. Took a little more time than the iron. Just a thought. Good luck.
