Grandfather's rifle

Hi everyone,

I inherited my grandfather's 1974 carbine and have really been enjoying shooting it. I've put nearly 4,000 round through it over the last year and have finally started getting dime-sized groups at 50 yards and around 1.5 MOA at 100 yards. I'm currently working on my breathing and trigger squeeze like they taught us in basic training back in the 80's and have seen improvement. Thinking pretty strongly about attending an Appleseed event in the near future when the weather warms up.

Just wanted to introduce myself.

Hello and welcome to RFC, why don't you pull up a chair and sit for a while. If you have the time stop on by The Watering Hole and chat for a bit. The first drink is always on the house. You might want to look where your drink is coming from before you think about a free drink.
