Good bipod for CZ AT ONE

I just got a new AT ONE and looking for a good to "best" bipod for it. Do I go with the sling swivel mount type or pull that off and attack the stock and mount a rail device? I have to admit I have a cheapo bipod mounted on a Magnum Research 10-22 and I shoot some really good groups with that set up.

I'll swap out that bipod for a test while I break in the CZ barrel and do some light ammo testing. But I do need another pod.

Is this going to be for competitive shooting ARA, NRL22/PRS22? if so, I'd go with a pic rail on the bottom and a Accu-Tac.
If just plinking/hunting, then Atlas or Harris would be fine.
^^^ This.
Accu-Tac is my No. 1 choice of late and Atlas was my go-to before that. Both, IMO, are stable and easy to use ... the Accu-Tac if you don't mind some extra weight, the Atlas if you like something a little more trim and light.
That said, both are pricey ($200 to $400 range) if it's not for competition.

Thank you, enablers. Shooting from a bag today in the rain I was able to get some 1/2" groups at 50 yards. Considering it's a fresh barrel with $3.50 a box CCI SV (CASE) rain and a smaller scope than I would normally use at 50 I'm quite happy with this model. I saw a Harris pod in the store on the way home for $169. that clamps on the swivel stud.

I guess I'll try that one. It's for informal benchrest among the local geezers. I may try the higher priced version for my model 37 Rangemaster which is my best rifle. But I don't want to drill holes in it.

We use Harris S Series bipods and haven’t found any reason to upgrade after we started using them in the late 1980s. We use them for strolling around prairie dog towns and walking along talus slopes shooting rockchucks. Are they the best? I don’t have an opinion on that that is worth anything because I don’t have any experience. What I will say is that for our application they meet and often exceed our requirements. They are about a buck fifty. Oh, and as for post sales service… I sent a twenty year old one to them expecting to get it back with the damaged part repaired or replaced. They sent a brand new bipod. I felt pretty bad about that, I told them that it had been damaged due to my own negligence and told them to bill me for repair and shipping costs. I think we have four of the tall ones and two or three short ones. The kids like them better than tripod rests off of our benches.

I have a couple Harris's now and for a lot of things they are great. I have noticed some bounce from them when firing from a hard surface though so, I wanted something that was heavier duty. If I don't like the accu-tac I can sell it and get most of my money back, but, if I didn't try them I would never know if they worked for me. As I mentioned somewhere, I also had a coupon that gave me a decent deal that was expiring.
