The only posts I could find on this barrel for my CZ 457 was from 7 or 8 years ago. I am wondering if anyone has has experience with this barrel for the 457. If so, what did you like or not like?

E Arthur Brown (EABCO) 24" CZ 457 Match Barrel
I found my 24" EABCO barrel to be superior to the stock barrel that came with my MTR. It shoots better than the factory barrel and is less picky about ammo. It might be a good choice if you didn't win the CZ barrel lottery.
Got one about 4 months ago. Shot it once and sold it. I should have just bitten the bullet and bought a quality barrel. I did get lucky and buy a L3i from a real nice RFC member on here. Other barrels were a shilen and a Krieger. May have paid more but it was worth it. Good luck!
Is your factory barrel shooting that bad? Return it if it’s new. I did a Cz 22mag barrel. They were nice to deal with.

EABCO is a bad operation in my experience. Bought a couple of bricks of ammo from them about a year or two ago. Very slow and terrible job of packing and the amount shipped was short since they said they did not have the full amount of the ammo they advertised for Sale. So I agreed to accept a couple of boxes of other ammo instead. After a lot of hassle neither the rest of the ammo to fill the order nor a partial refund has arrived Personally I wont do business with them again
