Dovetail base - m1 carbine peep sights?

I’m my quest to find the rear sight look I want, I came across this: an old style m1 carbine peep flip sight in a dovetail base that mounts to the 10/22 scope or rail holes…

These were sold by sportsman’s guide and EA Brown from what I can tell…has any one seen these anywhere lately or know where I might find similar??

The UTG also fits fine on a Weaver. I used it because I wanted the quick change option of the peep or mount up a scope. My rail is a low Weaver, much less obtrusive looking than a Pic rail but still not the super-clean look of no rail.
My set up matches up with the Tech Sights front well.
Fwiw, when going to a peep the oem front sight is too low.

Ageed, My FWB 300s Match rifle has the rear apeture so far back that a short rubber eye cup can be used to eliminate any light from sides or back.

For the M1 carbine look-a-like we want it to look more historically correct. I have one I built up and have the Tech sight on it and it just looks like I tried too and couldn't, so just ordered the EBACO sight.

I have several rifles, quite a few in fact with the rear apeture further forward, more like those on an M 1 carbine and accuracy is just fine, you just need a slightly larger apeture hole. On the other hand I have a couple with tang sights and they give several more inches of sight radius which I do think aids accuracy and allows a smaller aperture hole to also aid the accuracy.
