actually they can lift more then 350 times there body weight and support 5000 times there body weight, but even a google search still shows ants can only lift 50 times there body weight, but heavy lifting ants have been seen carrying 350 times own body weight and holding 5000 times there own weight without crushing,
thats like a grown man holding a 63,000 pound jet up, and being able to withstand the crushing force of a 400,000 lb boat above him
