Colt M4 .22LR Disassembly

Hi All, I'm new to this kind of gun, so thank you for all the help you can give on the subject.
In the user's manual it is recommended to unscrew the flash hider two full turns prior to removing retaining pin(s) from the receiver but it doesn't explain why. Anyone who can shed some light?
Moreover, the manual gives no instructions for disassembly the gun further than basic field stripping. Does anyone know a good information source for complete disassembly instructions? I guess "real" AR15 manuals won't do, as Walther M4's mechanics are completely different.

I highly recommend disassembling the trigger and polishing the sear, the hammer and the main spring guide. You won't recognize the trigger. If you really want to improve the trigger you can contact Carl Walther (use Google to look it up) in Germany and ask for the new HK 416-22 mainspring, trigger and sear. They get rid of the spongy feel of the trigger and reduce the trigger pull by at least two pounds.
