Closest US model might be the 164.

 

As far as I can determine it is an early 64 based rifle, equivalent of the 1415-1416.

 

The CIL Anschutz 310 is the same as the Anschutz 1416 and the Savage Anschutz 164.

The CIL Anschutz 310 was sold in Canada in the 1960's and 1970's.

 

Bought my 310 new in the mid 70's. Will feed s,l,lr from the mag. Probably never sell that one.

 

The 141 in Bob Smalser's photo has a different trigger. The CIL 310 appears to have a trigger like the German 1415/1416.

 

I have run into 4 different single stage triggers on 64 based rifles some of the early models used a trigger that the safety worked backwards then the following5057,5058, 5094. The one on Bob's looks to have a 5057.

I am looking for the front and rear sights for my Anschutz .22. It is a Canadian CIL Model 310 Anschutz, any body out there have or know of where a guy could get his hands on them?

What kind of sights were you looking for? I have a CIL Anschutz 190 that I'm thinking of either selling entirely or turning into an F Class rifle, sans sights. If that happens, I'll consider selling the sights separately, it has peep sights front and rear.

 

The CIL190 is a match rifle and has altogether different sights.

Some of those rifles had a 2 digit date code stamped on the left side of the barrel immediately in front of the action. My 190 is stamped 69, for 1969. Bob's 141 is stamped 66. Some of the later ones don't, a friend of mine has a later edition 190 that isn't stamped.
Not all of those rifles have the CIL stamp either, some are simply stamped "Anschutz 190", for example. I've seen a few like that over the years
Nice rifle, especially when you consider the prices listed in the CIL flyer such as the one Andy posted.
I guess in those days that was considered expensive enough, today not so much.
