I believe that only will measure to 1” depth, you will need more. My barrel shanks ( Lilja, CZ and Criterion ) all run about 1.90” long so you will need a 2” long rod/anvil to measure bolt face to receiver shoulder
that is the correct type and a good make of tool for this though.

Like Ol` Joe said you will beed the 2" version. Most just have a screw in rod extender. But I would recommend the Whidden Gun Works head space gauge set. A little more expensive but a million times easier to use. No maths involved, measure the actual headspace not the calculated value. Works on any gun.
