I emailed Bergara this morning and explained I had lost my muzzle thread protector for my B14R.( A consequence of finally having a suppressor.) I asked on how I might be able to buy a replacement since one is not listed on their online shop. Within minutes I recieved an email from Ethan from Bergara customer service informing me that they were drop shipping me one at no cost ASAP. A big shout out for excellent customer service by Bergara.

I hate to admit this but.....

A new puppy at my house decided that the Bergara BXR buttpad- attached to the rifle of course (which was left lying on a table in the living room) would make a fine chew toy being quite soft and squishy....He tore it to pieces.

I called Bergara asking about buying one- they of course don't show them for sale on their site as spare parts etc....Customer service rep. threw one in the mail, no charge.

They really are trying pretty hard to do things "right". From high quality well designed guns at reasonable prices to excellent customer service.

Wow! Begara has Customer Service? No way…..
I sent an email to Begara in the late spring detailing the atrocious accuracy of my BMR Steel. After firing 257 targets, hundreds of dollars of quality 22LR ammo, 17 different kinds, I spelled out that my BMR barely kept a .700 moa at 50 yards. 82% of all my targets were .700 moa or worse, …..every time I went to the range I had a 3% chance of achieving .500 moa or under. The BMR pretty much produced consistently terrible accuracy.
Know what their reply was? Zero. Zip, NADA. They completely ignored me, & didn't respond to my email.
Very disappointing.

Do you know that .700 MOA and .500 MOA at 50 yards is .350" and .250" CTC respectively?

Yes that’s what i was thinking but there was too much figuring involved between all the the percentages and SUB moa figures,I was gonna ask him just ,what was the group size in inches most of the times ? (I HATE percentages ! ) but , really ,it did not sound like really bad groups! They really should have said something, but,I think there’s a 100% chance they might have been puzzled.
