Astra Camper ?

The Spanish gun manufacturer Astra manufactured a small pocket pistol in .22 Short with a longer tapered barrel of about 4". Beretta had a similar pocket pistol as well. Designed for camp and tackle box youth I guess. Cute little guy.

Does any one have any historical or practical knowledge of this model ? Astra was discontinued in late 1980's I think or thereabouts. We're looking at the internet for more information.

It was probably named Camper in reference to Campo Giro, the inventor that developed the Astra 1912?

Long barrelled version of the Astra Cub, which was also marketed as the Colt Junior.
