I've not had any personal experience with them, but all I've heard from others are horror stories. You can do a search on them here, and it should bring up a good number of posts on them. Sorry I can't be more specific, unfortunately there's not just one problem with these guys, there's a lot.

I have the Charter Arms version and it functions perfectly. It does, however, have a cracked stock where the receiver fits into the "wings". I have it glued and electricians taped, but need a replacement stock. I Googled and found one vendor that has them for $60 and up depending on style. I also looked at Numrich Arms.

Anyone know of another supplier that you have used or a friend has used that can fill my order ?

I have a New Unused Henry stock that I bought but won't need. I'll sell it for $25 plus $10 shipping. Let me know if you are interested.

FYI it is slightly wider than the older version stocks - I guess that's how they make space for the extra mag. It's the black version.

are the newer stocks watertight? I know my Charter Arms version leaks water into the storage compartment.

Will the Henry version work on the Charter version?

I also like that double magazine storage feature.
