Hey guys. Fist post other than my introduction.
So I just got a mint 1971 Sporter. I haven't shot it yet, but I have shot my friends 10/22.
I'm an old guy with fat fingers and neuropathy in my hands. So my fingers don't work so good. That being said I find it very difficult to operated the oem bolt hold/release and the mag release. So I'm considering the tandemkross device.
I'm waiting for TK to open and call them to make sure it will work with my early 10/22 metal receiver. And I'm considering a Clark trigger kit, or the VQ kit if I think I might need it. But gotta shoot the gun first,,,lol. Gotta make sure all those parts would play well together.
Just wondering if anyone has tried it and has anything good or bad to say about it.
I'm also considering the Timber creek SHORT mag release. IDK about this just yet. I may try with out it first. But it's only $20 so I may just go ahead and get it since I'm placing an order anyway. I gotta use up some optictplanet rewards point from ordering a scope,,,lol.
