So what are these types of grips good for exactly? They make them for alot of different models. I am considering a pair that will go on My Beretta 89GS. They are Rinks I think made in Germany maybe.. Just not sure how I will like them for just offhand shooting..I assume that is what they are for? Do not even know that for sure though.

Thanks

It is not that I will have to keep them on all the time. But would they be stupid for just recreational plinking/shooting? A plus is I would rather have something happen to these than my pristine originals if a accident of some sort would happen. Yes they do have adjustable features..

I would look into Precision Target Pistol Grips. They have several styles and colors for most target pistols. Very excellent company to deal with. They will take care of you and make sure you get what you want. Price is less than half what most grips run. I bought Walther OSP that had the custom saw handle bullseye grips. I’m not bullseye shooter and generally shoot two hands. Everyone who shot the Walther commented on grips from small hands to ape size. They have page on line.

Well I would not even buying of these types of grips. But the ones I am buying are super cheap compared to retail price. I do not like it when Companies have to put their advertising Billboard on stuff like these accessories. A lot of grip makers think they need to do it though. .Turn off for me and many others I am sure. Nice looking Walther you have there. What are those grips made of? Rubber composite of some kind? What is the Model of the Walther..Only Walthers I am familiar with are the PPKs and WWII Era ones...Thanks

I have never been into the really large grips, particularly at the bottom or heel of the grip. About 30 years ago I had an action job done on my Ruger MKII target pistol and I purchased a set of laminated oversize Target grips from them just to give it a try. I did not like it and wound up taking a dremel tool to them to get them to a size that felt good to me.
