The 512 shoots flawlessly with a suppressor. Here's mine with a dyed beech stock. It's a very accurate and reliable semi auto.

I’ve always been curious about the CZ semi autos. They appear to have been a sleeper for some time but are developing a following.

 

I always wanted a 512 but then importation stopped and I could not find one until a few weeks ago. I did find one on another site. The price was right and it was mint.

The barrel was threaded so I may consider a suppressor. If I purchase a suppressor I would like to use it on another a 22RF pistol and possible up to a 9mm. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

 

I have never had a failure to fire, a failure to feed, or a failure to eject in my 512 American 22LR. The first year I had it was in standard configuration and for the last four or five years it has always worn a dead air mask. Runs absolutely flawlessly and is extremely accurate.

 

I love mine and will never give it up. I don't understand why production of this fine rifle was terminated. Mine is a 100 YD tack driver and a very close runner up to my heavy barrel 455.

 

Mine is in 22 mag and shoots great with a suppressor.
