Well I'll kick it off with some targets I shot today. The first target I shot actually made it but seeings how I have 4 sighter holes running up the target I'll not submit it and wait till I get another. :comeandge

All in was fun, my oldest daughter came down and shot with me. Looks like my two girls can shoot. Sherri was dead on with the red dot on the MK III.

 

Well gave it a try again today after modding the rear sight some more.

Sanded down the height of the rear blade so the bead front barelt sits above the v - notch, painted the bead white, and also painted the rear blade -added to horizontal lines on each top side of the blade, to go with the white vertical line. Actually helps me recenter the bead better than before.

Picture is bad but may help with the description of the site. Sanded the height down to the top of the wht lines.

Yeah Rico, if you had a 10/22 barrel that shot groups like these you'd be throwing it in the trash can, LOL.

what i meant was with all the xcitement re; the pistols, no one has been
shooting the rifles, even me, must be the bad weather,

and i wouldn't know what is good or bad till i can get started here. then i may
have to laff at MY groups, lol,

but, yea, will be back to square one with a "diff animal", lo, cant wait, haha,
esp, with a mzly 4x scope, ouch,

Yeah I think it is the weather for most of ya'll. Don't see many trying the pistol games.

Don't even think many is following them, but hey that is ok, me, you and Que will have fun and who ever else decides to join in.

Hopefully Vincent will jump in and show us all how it is done, then I'll probably be laughing at my own groups.

But as long as we get a laugh or two out of it , it will be well worth it.

4x , shoot I'll be happy just to get a scope, LOL. Maybe if I can get one of those ole timey magnifying glasses taped in front of the red dot I'll be good to go. Maybe it will be a 2x then.

 

I will be shooting them as soon as the snow clears and the rain/freezing rain stops...

Yeah you guys further north are mostly going to have to wait till spring. Forgot about all the snow and sleet you guys have been getting.

 

NOPE, I will be shooting no matter what.. I just haven't had the free time yet.. I've been known to shoot/sight in a new gun in sub-zero weather before..:bonk: It has been a bad week for me so far.. I had to have my 8yr old Rott put down on Wednesday.. I hoping to get back up and shoot this weekend. The good thing is I shoot in the yard..
