Stevens crack Shot 26 parts?

Have an ad in the wanted section but figured I would ask here. I need an extractor for a Crack Shot 26 in .22lr. Friend is wanting to pass this gun down to the 4th generation, same family. They took it down to have the barrel reblued and now they can find the extractor. Nothing at Numrich, CFP or Jack First…. Hoping somebody knows somebody with a stash of old Stevens parts!

Thanks!

No old ones, but Homestead sells a new reproduction part with the pin. They are temporarily out of stock. Try giving a call or an email.

So, the owner bought a barrel with an extractor for what I thought was too much money.. but the barrel is in very good shape, clean bore, good rifling, patina is a good match for the rest of the gun. Best part was it had the extractor and the roll stamp is the same as the original barrel so it’s from the same period. Lock up is good, had to clean up the forend wood for a good fit. Put 10 rounds thru it yesterday, 1st one was low and right. The other nine made a nice group at 25 yards. No FTF’s, all good. Time to pass it along to the 4th generation of the same family to use it. Pretty cool!

Thanks to everyone who used their Google-fu to help.

Update! I have kept in email contact with Bob from Bob’s Gun Parts since my original order back in April. He has answered every one of my emails with a request for an update on availability for the extractor. He had finally hit a dead end with all of his sources. 10 days after that conversation I received the balance of the parts I had ordered and a refund for the parts he could not supply. The service might be a bit slow by today’s “amazon Prime” standards but he was honest with me thru the whole process.

I have a crack shot 26 that is in above excellent condition.barrel marked “pat appl’d for” no other pat info. However the stock is a different size than any I have seen in pictures. It is real nice but slender and the butt is flat and on 3 and 3/8 inches?? Anyone know anything about that??
