Just a guess, looks to me like a nicely milled octagon barrel.

 

It was a dealer exclusive from 2012-14 but that dealer is outa business so I can't find out how many were ordered

 

I have one made in 2013 in a Browning Soft case.

Wow, that is a good looking gun! It kind of reminds me of a shot show special SA22 with a stainless tapered octagon barrel. I think that one was about 2012. I have no idea what your pistol would be worth, maybe $600 to $900???? I guess it just depends how bad someone wants it.
