A family member wants to sell me a Mark 4 22/45 Lite in excellent condition with box, papers, etc. for $350. I'm tempted because I've shot the gun and like it. I've got a couple of Mark 2's so am familiar with the Ruger Marks. Is $350 a good price?

Most mk4 have an msrp of over $400, so if you like it - buy it. It may not be a great deal, but you're not being ripped off either.
Maybe this is foolish, but I always use gunbroker sorted by price to get an idea of what the range of available prices is, and use that to determine what is a deal currently. That model right now looks to be $400 and counting in auction for the absolute low end, msrp is $720, and new prices are $470 to a more common $600. That's a green light to me for your offer. Can't discount the value of being in hand and no sales tax being from a relative. Not that I wouldn't try to haggle it down to $300 or $350 with ammo and gadgets included....
With 2,000 rounds of Eley? I'd say that after you check the prices of the Eley you would jump on the deal. If it's Eley Club at $8/box, that's $320 of your total $350 cost. It's like getting the pistol for $30.
