ok. i will agree they aren't rimfires but they are savages. model 12 .308 with a nikkon target scope, and a stockade longrange stock. and the other is a model 12 .22-250 in a stockade prairy dog special stock(it has the bi-pod on it). and the little one is the first picture i put up. it as well has a custom made stockade synthedic thumbhole stock on it. it is a 93 fvss .17hmr with a tasco super sniper scope on it. a little over kill but if you can't see it you can't hit it!!!LOL!!!:snipersmi

Thankx for the compliment Derek
Just sent a reply to the pm you sent me, that a Hoehn tuner.
No such thing as scope overkill when you are shooting targets. My 93 has a Burris Signature Select 8-32x44mm on it. On a good day I do this with it.

I laugh when some guys ask about what kind of spotting scope to buy. Heck, I just mount my spotting scope right on top of the gun :D

yeah i agrre. people are really surprised half the time when they look through my scopes. i call alot of longer range shots for friends and talk them in one targets.it blows peoples minds when you tell the guy next to you how many clicks up and so many to the right or left. by the way i spot for a guy who used to be a marine sniper. and he does it for me sa well. really helps out. and thanx for the pm. much need. my .17 hmr match rifle will have one next year!!!

An Older Savage

Got this when I was 13(1962), it was used and in need of a referb. I reblued the barrel and was working on the stock when our house burned down. All I could save was the stock and barrel. It took 2 years on ebay to get everything I needed to put the gun back in to shape. Here it is and it shots very well.
