New Checkmate-HD suppressor from Griffin Armament

Griffin just announced a new rimfire suppressor rated up to 5.7 called the Checkmate-HD. It has a seal system that keeps the baffle stack clean. They shoot 4,000 rounds through it in the promo video and the baffle stack pops right out. Looks like a good option. I’m already waiting on a mask and an Oculus or I might have to try one!

Not yet. Hopefully soon. I have a 4.5" AR15 im building in .22 so this would be perfect since it will live under a handrail.

Griffin is a great company, I don't have this can, but I do have the Optimus Micro that is rated up to 22-250, and I really like it. I have never cleaned it and I run it on rimfire a lot, if it gets a little funky, I just run 10-20 5.56 rounds through it and it knocks everything out. Great can, this new one looks nice.

Thank you for posting, got two of their original Checkmates back when first started. Upgraded one to their SS baffle stack.. still randomly use the other with alloy baffles. Both work nicely, but 100% sure the new one HD is much better!
