What a collection sir! Very nice!

 

I only have one - but have not been able to find ammo for a few years. Hopefully Reed's will make more soonish. 7.5 x 22R Swedish. The revolver is an 1892-or-earlier Model 1887.

 

My Dad has one if those Husky Nagants sleeved for .22LR. Shoots great, though you need a chopstick handy for ejection.

Wish Id picked up one of those Husky single rifles when Simpsons still had good examples dirt cheap.....oh well.

Simpson's still get them in. That was where I hand picked these. He has an amazing collection of original period literature on them also. I integrated that with good photos, drafted a collector's guide on them with good photos.
Copy wrote it but never published it. Some of that is on Gunboards Swedish forum. They don't get the respect they deserve in this country.

 

Ya, seems like they are kinda scraping the bottom of the barrel now though. Many of them are demilled or parts only and the few good ones have skyrocketed in price beyond what I would pay. Then ya got shipping and all that hassle. Would be different if I still lived near them.

If I stumble on a good deal at a show, though, I can still see one comimg home. 😊

 

I have four Husky 22's. I agree they are very under appreciated. That's ok as it keeps the price down and I can buy more.
