Went to shoot my 190 yesterday and now I have a gun and a charging handle. Is this common? The "pin" doesnt appear to be damaged or broken. Any suggestions?
Hopefully its an easy fix.

remove the large pin on the side of the receiver with a punch(careful its plastic)now you can remove the trigger assembly as a whole. this will allow you to pull the bolt down slightly and you can reinsert the charging handle through the ejection port into its proper hole in the bolt.push the bolt back against the top of the receiver and reinstall the trigger assembly, pushing the large plastic pin through the side of the receiver into its proper hole.

Check the top edge of the ejection port for wear or a chip/chunk missing. The charge handle is held captive by that edge of the port. As Midnitehound said, you should have to remove the trigger group to get enough downward play in the bolt to insert/remove the charge handle. If you can pull the charge handle out of the bolt with the trigger group in place, something is badly worn.

Here is a link to a take-down manual that might help you out - stevespages_m190

The aluminum receiver used on these and the ejector cause wear to occur on the surface that is supposed to retain the pin which is the top of the ejection port. You can get an o ring or something that will help stick the bolt handle into the recess in the bolt so it won't just pop out. You may lose the bolt stop function but you will at least not be losing the bolt handle every time you shoot. If all elase fails, put a dab of silocone on the shaft and insert it in the bolt handle and let it dry.

Finally remembered to look at it and I found its a huge PITA to put this thing back together lol.
I got it apart, all cleaned up and cannot get the main spring back where it should be with the plastic "rod". I got it in the hole ONCE after fighting it for about an hour and when I went to put the bolt in and line the rod into the hole in the back of the bolt, it shot back out and I called it quits for the evening. Any tips?
It was pretty dirty, I got this gun from my dad and I dont shoot it often, but it obviously hadnt been taken apart before and thoroughly cleaned.
