So.. I finished the.222 Remington project..
Remington.222 super 14 barrel..
With a 30 caliber barrel extension for a length of 16.25.. (WELDED)..
It's legal.
But ? It was light in the front .
My machine shop buddy made me a seven inch sleeve to slide over it
For an overall length of 20.5 inch barrel.
The balance is PERFECT!!

The sleeve is held on with a set screw.
It's stainless steel.
Sure feels good.. the balance for me is just right
Went this route, simply because I already had the barrel from long ago
