Remington 870 Express Magnum LH

There are a bunch of Browning A-Bolt variants in LH.

 

Don't forget the venerable old Remington 581L .22 LR LH Sporter NIP. Might be well out of production but it's a great action.

 

Ultra Light Arms has LH bolts in .22 LR and any centerfire you want, plus a new inline muzzleloader. Sako produced medium and long action centerfires (NIP) as does Blaser and Tikka. Randall produced a mirror image 1911 (NIP and very valuable). Franchi still offers a LH over/under (correct cast for a lefty). Benelli has its' semi-auto shotguns (12 gauge only) in a true LH action. Mauser offered its' 3000 in a LH long action centerfire in the early 70's (NIP). Weatherby still produces a few LH models, all of their calibers (with the exception of the .224) were offered in LH at one time.

Freidrich Heym still makes the excellent SR 20 centerfire rifle in most calibers and it is available in left hand.

I didn't see any Remington 788's on the list?? They sure are a great rifle!! Very accurate!! And, didn't Korth in Germany build some "true" left handed revolvers????

My Krieghoff drilling has a left hand safety, and the triggers are bent for left handed use too. It was an option that i'm sure you could get today...

I have a "one of a kind" straight pull (Browning T-bolt copy) "center fire" rifle, that's chambered for 25/20 Winchester. It's one of a kind, because myself and another guy build it in my shop.... :>)

Don't forget the lefthand BSA Martini's.
They are true left handed rifles with the stock, action, and sights setup for lefties.

 

Don't forget the Anschutz rimfire's imported by Savage from 1964 - the early 80's. My catalog collection is packed up right now to move, but I'll be sure to post them as soon as I can.

 

Called CZ. They will be making their fine .22 rimfire rifles in lefty in 2005. Maybe in the first half of the year.
I can't remember if the lefty Kimber 82s were mentioned.
Some single shot rifle companies like Ballard Rifles, Shiloh Sharps, Lone Star Rifles will make their guns with lefty cheek pieces. There is also one Sharps rifle manufacturer who will make a totally lefty Sharps Hammer on the left side of the action.
I had Oklahoma Territory Arms make me a dedicated Lefty Remington Hepburn with the lever on the left in 44/100 caliber. Beautiful gun.

they would bring out?

Several of us have been at them for a while to create a lefty 542.
my last corespondance with them was that they would bring the 527 as well as the 550 out in left hand, these two being centerfires.

Hi S/PAW. My Email to them was specifically directed to rimfires. 452s. I took their response to mean that is what they were going to make. Unfortunately, I have no other info than that and to hope they make a heavy barrel varmint gun.

Still Looking for Addtions to the Left Hand Firearms List

The Left Hand firearms list continues to grow. The most recent update of the list was posted on October 5, 2014

If you know of firearms that have not been placed on the list, please let me know.

If you find mistakes or omissions let me know also.

This list is for "us" lefties (and those interested righties) and it will always be in a state of flux.

If you are providing information about new firearms, especially pistols and revolvers it will help to know if the firearm in question just has a lefthand grip, or has a lefthand grip and lefthand action.

I look forward to hearing from you and let's continue to "left it right", or something like that.

Sounds like a good addition to the Left Hand firearms list. Anyone with any info on lefthand stocks should let me know and I will add a section to the list.

In addition, if anyone has any suggestions on other left hand oriented items to add, please let me know.

Keep up the interest in Lefty's products and continue to show that we are on the left side at the right time.

What do you know about Krico Model 360SI or 360SII or Beaman/Krico model340 or Beaman/Kricotronic Model 540?

I know they're oput of production but would like to contact anyone who might own one or know someone who does.

I am not familar with the Beeman Krico. Also I do not know if it is available in a left hand version.

More Left hand rifles

Charles Daley is importing Zastava made left hand rifles. Including the mini mauser left hand available in .223. In the white and barrelled actions available as well as complete rifles. The mini mauser action is about the same length as most rim fire actions although about 1/4 in greater in dia.

Do you think it would be useful to list some ambidextrous guns as well? I really think the Browning BPS shotguns, the Browning semi-auto rimfires and even the Taurus Model 62/72/172 are great left handed guns, being top or bottom eject. That, and those bloody right handed people can use them too.
