Any of you guys have any experience with ordering or dealing with neal johnson gunsmithing.
I placed a online order with them, completed the transacton then received a order number.Since then I have not heard anything from them and they have not taken payment out of my account. This has been well over a week and heading towards two weeks
I have tries to email them as I live In Australia, but have had no response
What have you guys experience when ordering something from them?

Based on talking to their gunsmith awhile back, they are a small operation in spite of all the rifles they service. I got the very distinct impression that the gunsmith is the only full time employee but they do have a young lady that works part time and takes phone calls. That could have changed.
Be patient and try another e-mail referencing the order number.

I emailed N.J.'s twice, a couple of months back to get some Anschutz trigger springs.... never got a reply, so emailed 10 Ring. Next morning had a call from Lisa @ 10 Ring, ordered 3 springs, Steve walked thru the office while I was on the phone, he went and got the springs and Lisa had them on her desk before we were off the phone. Had them in 2 or 3 days. Still have not heard from Neal Johnson's. If I need parts again, guess who I call!!
