Palmetto had this combo LR/WMR in a nice plastic case for about $550 today sold out quick.

 

Saw that and ordered one. Hopefully will ship soon.

 

I've never seen the combo, can't find a mag adapter for sale, and can't find any other accessories for sale either.

But I did buy a wood stocked .22 for $400 all in from PSA. Freaking sticker goo wouldn't go away, so I stripped the stock and rubbed some BLO into it.

Haven't even zeroed the gun yet!😅

 

But I did find out I can swap a Ruger trigger into the gun.
Took the Hammerli trigger apart, it has some real differences from the Ruger, the bladed trigger being one. Fluffed and buffed, made it better, but that stupid blade and the trigger are both thin and pointy and so….the fluffed and buffed 10/22 trigger is in the gun now.

I’ve tried two types of ammo, no real groups, but that was with the OEM trigger, so there’s still hope.

 

Mine shoots good groups with eley match. But my range is only 31 yards so not the best test. Eley is .25” 3 shot groups consistently and cci standard vel. is double that size. That’s with oem trigger and $29 Amazon scope that has 100 yd parallax. Recently put an AO scope on it so will try again with that. Recieved the 22 mag barrel but haven’t tried that one yet.
