This complete .22 WMR upper was made by Ray-Vin Mfg. (now out of production). It has a fluted stainless 18” threaded barrel with A2 flash hider and a 13” MLok hand guard. It comes with the original buffers for both Rifle and Carbine lowers as well as the Manufacturer’s instructions. Includes two RayVin (Black-Dog) 14 round magazines. Excellent condition $389 Fired about 150 rounds since new.
