Chief says : I wonder if it would have dual extractors.?

You realize what kind of money you will be spending.

AUGH? the basic 10-22 LR = about $150.00
the basic 10-22 magnum , about $350.00

I guess - Mark II target "slabside" at $300.00
THE MarkII magnum = set ya back about $650.00

I read of a conversion some years ago:
Weight was added to the rear of the bolt, the inside of the frame was opened up to allow a larger mag., the ejection port was widened and quite a few other things were done.
While I admire the dedication to accomplish such a feat, I thought the finished product was ugly as (expletive deleated)!

I'd rather convert an AMT automagII to 17HMR!
Can you say *BANG*
:p

If AMT & Grendel could make an autoloading .22WRM, then why can't Ruger?

Do like the 10/22M & add a heavier bolt & spring assembly. The grip wouldn't be that much longer (esp. on a 22/45).

If they ever make it, I'll buy two...:D
