I was all set to go to Midway for their combo deal of $119.95, and somebody said to contact Ken at Riflebarrel supply for a better deal. Ken no longer sells the stock/barrel as a set -- just the barrels.



Does anybody know a beter deal than midway ?

Call WhiteMountain. He was cheaper than Midway when I bought. I got a GM 18" Fluted and a Hogue for less than Midway with a solid barrel.

Ken IS the guy at whitemountain. I emailed him this week, and he's not carrying the stock anymore. That's why I'm asking.

Hogue/GM Combo > > Midway

IF you want the Hogue/GM combo, go with the "Midway" 'special', as the "A&B" barrel is made by "GM".....! !

It just isn't 'marked' "Green Mountain".....

or...

put a silent bid in on Viper's GM barrel and use it for the time being with your original stock.

and wait for a Hogue stock to come up for sale, they are pretty frequent (hint: I'll probably be offloading mine in a few weeks)
