Most extended mag releases block the bolt stop.
not just basically the same assembly, they're are exactly the same, except for trigger blade, hammer, sear and the disconnectSTD TG and BX are basically the same except for the trigger blade, hammer, and sear.
The Timber Creek mentioned above does obstruct the mag release somewhat, but it still works.I really like these as well. They give you the best access to your bolt stop. Even guiding your finger there.
