I bought a 10/22 from a fellow recently that had the Magnum cocking handle on it . I was wondering , is that and a barrel all I need for the 17hm2 conversion ? If so , what barrels in 17hm2 are you guys getting the best accuracy from ? Are any of the light wieght barrels a good choice ? oh yeah , for those of you who own a V2500 stock , beware of the factory magnum cocking handle , Got in a hurry and didn't check all the little details , and after a few rds , noticed my stock had an ugly burr raised in the ejection area were the bolt handle was too wide for clearence on a complete rearward motion , oh well , live and learn.
